At Instefast Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
- Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 1-3 DAYS from the date of delivery or collection, provided
that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
- Non-Returnable /Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or specially ordered products or products attached with services.
- Products or materials that have been used either partially or in full or installed
- temporarily or permanently.
- Damaged items caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
- Items ordered and already delivered or in transit to collection point that are as requested
- without faults.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours after delivery.
We will inspect the issue and arrange for replacement or refund where applicable.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working
days after the returned item has been received back, inspected and approved.

- Different sizes or specifications provided the value is maintained or upgraded.
- Alternative products of equal value or upgraded value.

- Right to Refuse Returns
Instefast Ltd reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the
conditions outlined in this policy. Items returned without approval or outside the stated timelines
may be rejected.
- Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Instefast Ltd reserves the right to
determine whether a product qualifies for a return, exchange, or refund based on its condition
and compliance with this policy.
- Limitation of Liability
Instefast Ltd shall not be held liable for:
- Any damage resulting from incorrect handling, incorrect installation or misuse
- Losses arising from delayed use, project interruptions, or third-party handling
- Indirect or consequential damages related to product use
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
- Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are installed correctly by qualified
personnel. Instefast Ltd is not responsible for issues arising from improper installation from
third party technicians/installers.
- Product Variations
Due to manufacturing or supplier differences, slight variations in color, size, or specifications
may occur. These do not qualify as defects unless they affect functionality.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
