Installation Guide

  1. Cut the PPR pipe square using a pipe cutter.
  2. Heat the pipe and the PPR socket using a fusion welding machine.
  3. Insert the pipe fully into the socket and allow it to cool.
  4. Wrap PTFE thread sealing tape around the male-threaded fitting.
  5. Screw the male-threaded fitting into the female elbow.
  6. Tighten securely using the appropriate tools without over-tightening.
  7. Pressure-test the system before commissioning.
